Class A Properties command the highest rental rates, are above average in terms of design, construction and finish, and have a superior location. Class B Properties command average rental rates, have large unit sizes, and are well maintained, but may lack preferred design and finishes. Class C Properties command below average rental rates as they provide functional housing in less desirable areas and tend to exhibit some level of deferred maintenance
